Consolidated Civil Enforcement BC Inc. (CCE BC Inc.) has a long history of excellence in enforcement services. Originally founded as Active Bailiff Service Ltd. in 1954, the company merged with other firms in 1964 before being acquired by Consolidated Civil Enforcement Inc. (an Alberta-based company) in 2010. This acquisition led to the formation of CCE BC Inc.

In 2012, CCE BC Inc. became a subsidiary of Consolidated Recovery Group Inc. (CRG), which serves as the parent company to Consolidated Civil Enforcement Inc. (CCEAB) and Consolidated Recovery Systems Inc. (CRS), providing essential administrative support.

Despite these transitions, CCE BC Inc. has maintained its key personnel and operational processes, ensuring continuity in service quality. As part of CRG, we now offer a comprehensive spectrum of debt collection and enforcement services—ranging from simple collections and legal demands to litigation and enforcement—across most of Canada. We continue to expand both our services and geographic reach to better serve our clients nationwide.
